Georgia Unlimited General Contractor Complete Book Set
Contractor Reference Book set for the Georgia General Contractor (NASCLA) license exam. This set INCLUDES the book for the BUSINESS LAW exam in addition to standard NASCLA exam books. The Contractor Exam Prep. Course is not included.
Requirements: *Any prime contractor or sub contractor working on projects where the cost of labor and materials is more than $2,500 is required to have the appropriate license.
Only the General Contractor license has a minimum net worth requirement. The minimum net worth for a GC unlimited is $150,000 and a GC Limited Tier must have a minimum net worth of $25,000. The limited tier license is only for contracts $500,000 or less.
* The General Contractor must have at least $500,000 worth of general liability insurance.
* Must have at least four years of proven active experience, or a four degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.

Fees: The application fee for a new prime contractor license is $300. The renewal fee is $200. The application fee for a subcontractor is $150. To obtain a license application and other forms for Georgia go to Application
