    NASCLA Commercial Exam Reciprocity

    The NASCLA EXAM is an Alternative exam accepted for both the B-1 and B-2 Trades exam in Arizona.

    The NASCLA exam serves as your trades exam in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia.

    Arizona NASCLA Commercial Exam Permitted Work

    The Arizona General Commercial Contractor license classification covers commercial construction activity. This does not cover Residential (B , B-3) work. That work will require additional licensing.

    Construction, alteration and repair in connection with any structure built, being built or to be built for the support, shelter and enclosure of persons, animals, chattels or movable property of any kind. This scope includes the supervision of all or any part of the above and includes the management, or direct or indirect supervision of any work performed. *Note: AZ applicants applying for the B-1 or B-2 General Commercial licenses have a choice of trade exams. They can elect to take either the NASCLA exam or the AZ ROC General Commercial exam.
