The NASCLA contractor license exam is used for the General Building classification in LA (Commercial Builder Contractor). With this license you may build residential, however the contract must be for more than two houses on any one contract.
The NASCLA exam is accepted in Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia.
