Virginia has established reciprocity with Louisiana. You must hold a commercial license with a classification of "building construction" and have obtained the license by examination in order to qualify. The NASCLA exam serves as your trades exam in Arkansas, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands, West Virginia
